Batch OE7 Tech Sheet

An unusually small batch of Espadín from Onofre, OE7 was made in the autumn of 2023 in the final days of the wet season in Bramaderos. It was shipped in February 2024, and the entire batch was forwarded on to our warehouse in Scotland - hold tight my Glasgow crew. 

 

The profile is full of Onofre's characteristic earthy minerals, pine-like herbs, and honeyed sweetness. Killer in a Mezcal Tommy's or our Signature Negroni
