30ml Pensador Espadín

20ml Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter (or Campari)

20ml Vermouth del Professore (or other red vermouth)

Orange twist

Add liquid ingredients to an ice filled tumbler. Stir until ice cold and well diluted (about 20 seconds). Garnish with orange twist.

Sip slowly. Finish quickly.
