50ml Pensador Espadin

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

12.5ml Runny Honey

Orange Twist

Stir the first 3 ingredients without ice until the honey has completely dissolved. Add ice and shake (or stir if you haven't got a shaker). Pour into an ice filled tumbler. Express orange oils and discard.

Drink thirstily. Dance recklessly.
