Spicy Mezcal Marg
Our Spicy Marg - because not all trends are bad... Just don't call it a Picante!
50ml Pensador Espadín
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Runny Honey
1 Jalapeño (or other Green Chili)
Add the first 3 ingredients to a glass or cocktail shaker without ice, and stir until the honey has completely dissolved. Slice the Jalapeño in half and de-seed (or leave seeds in if you've got the cojones). Add half to the glass or shaker and gently muddle (crush). Add ice and stir or shake. Remove the crushed chili. Garnish with the remaining half.
Drink immediately and relish the full range of sensation with each sip of your spicy, sweet, sour, and deeply refreshing creation.
