Our Espadin comes from Onofre Ortiz in Bramaderos, Miahuatlán. Tasting notes buttered barbecued corn, earthy ancho chilies, rosemary, chamomile and a honeyed sweetness backed by rich smoke. For more batch specific info see Tech Sheets in our Journal.
Our ceramic mezcal cups are also hand-made in Oaxaca. Like our mezcal they are an expression of the traditions, local materials, and artisanal craftmanship of the region. Each is a unique piece. Volumes vary from 20-30ml. Please wash by hand.
Our custom gift boxes are hand built and sealed at our HQ in East London. Presented in craft brown card with a brief written description of the origins of our copitas. They offer the ideal gift opportunity for the mezcal lover in your life.
