Our take on the ever popular Italian aperitf. You'll need to open a bottle of fizz for this one, so it's best enjoyed with friends. Or when you're feeling particularly thirsty.

25ml Pensador Espadín

20ml Select Aperitivo (or Campari)

5ml Elderflower Cordial

2 Drops Rose Water

50ml Prosecco

50ml Soda Water

Mint Sprig

Fill a large wine glass with ice, add the first 4 ingredients and stir until ice cold. Add the Prosecco and Soda. Give one quick gentle stir from top to bottom to mix the ingredients while still keeping it "Spritzy". Add the mint sprig to the glass and serve.
