Pensador Martini
Our Martini is the perfect showcase for our Espadín, accentuating its floral, aromatic, and savoury notes. Perfectly balanced. Dangerously moreish.
35ml Pensador Espadín
10ml Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Dry (or Noilly Prat Original Dry)
5ml Zubrówka Bison Grass Vodka (or a dry style Génépi)
1 Fresh Mint Leaf
1 Chilled Nocellara Olive
Add the first 4 ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until ice cold and well diluted. The level of dilution is key - taste as you go and stop when the alcohol doesn't bite but the texture is still thick and luscious. Pour into a chilled small wine glass or coupe and garnish with the olive.
Enjoy immediately.
